CONSTRUCTION ALERT
ALTERNATE DIRECTIONS TO BROOK LODGE FROM THE WEST
Starting March 10th, the 35th St. bridge over the Kalamazoo River in Galesburg will be under construction. The project will continue through sometime in August. The following directions should be used during that time.
From Kalamazoo/Chicago
- I-94 East to 35th Street Exit (Galesburg/Augusta, Exit 85)
- Left onto 35th Street to Miller Dr., right on Miller Dr.
- Follow Miller Dr. to 38th St., turn left. Follow 38th St. to E. Michigan Ave., turn left.
- Follow E. Michigan Ave. to McCollom, turn right. Follow McCollom to M-96, turn right.
- Take M-96 into downtown Augusta. Turn left onto Webster Street at intersection in Augusta (by Shell station) – SPEED LIMIT IS 25mph
- Webster will turn into 42nd Street and Brook Lodge will be approximately 1.5 miles on the left.

- North on Portage Road to I-94
- I-94 East to 35th Street Exit (Galesburg/Augusta,
Exit 85)
- Left onto 35th Street to Battle Creek Street, right on Battle
Creek Street
- Follow Battle Creek Street through the light in Galesburg,
after light road becomes M-96. Follow M-96 over the railroad tracks
and to the right. Take M-96 (parallel to tracks) to downtown Augusta.
- Turn
left onto Webster Street at intersection
in Augusta (by Shell station) – SPEED
LIMIT IS 25 mph
- Webster
will turn into 42nd Street and Brook Lodge will be approximately
1.5 miles on the left.
From Chicago

- US 131 to M-89 exit (Plainwell). Turn
left (east) on to M-89

M-89 through Plainwell and Richland to 42nd Street
- Turn right on to
42nd Street. Follow 42nd Street 1.5 miles. Brook Lodge will be
on the right.
From Lansing/East Lansing
- I-69 South to I-94, go west on I-94
- I-94 West to Climax/Augusta Exit 92
- Turn right on Business 94
and stay left at the fork
